Gerrity’s Online Shopping FAQ’s
1) I don’t see the sale prices reflected on my order. Will I still receive sale pricing?
Yes, since online shopping is rather new to us, our online ordering system is a work in progress. The prices online are for “estimation” purposes only, but sometime in the near future, we hope to have actual sale pricing in effect. For now, you can be assured that when your order is picked for delivery or pickup, you will receive all sale prices.
2) What forms of payment can I use?
If the order is for pick up, we accept all forms of payment. This includes coupons, cash, gift certificates, gift cards, credit cards, access cards and checks. For delivery, we can only accept credit cards. In this case we need to consider simplicity, safety and security.
3) If I am ordering deli or meat items, and I have a special request, can I still order online?
Yes, at the online checkout, where you are asked for your address, and payment information, there is a box where you add your comments. For example, if you need your meat sliced thin, or your cheese layered, just tell us at the checkout, and we will be happy to honor your every request.
4) I still am not sure if I should order online. Can I talk to someone?

5) I'm not from Northeast PA, Will you ship groceries to my home?
Unfortunately, not at this time. At some point in the future, we may ship products outside of Northeast PA.
6) I would like to use Vendor Coupons with my order. Can I do so?
Yes. When clicking through to each item, there will be a "comments" area for special instructions. You can list the coupons there, with the amounts, and you will just need to give the delivery person the coupons when they deliver your order.
